By receiving services, purchasing products, or otherwise engaging with Always Listening Hearing Aid Center, you agree to the following terms and conditions. We provide hearing evaluations, hearing aid fittings, maintenance, and related audiology services performed by qualified professionals in accordance with accepted standards of care. Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept various forms of payment, and any outstanding balances may be subject to collections if not resolved within a reasonable timeframe.

Hearing aid purchases may include professional fitting, programming, and follow-up visits for a specified period, typically one year unless otherwise stated, along with applicable manufacturer warranties, which are generally three years but may vary by product. Details regarding what is included with your specific purchase will be clearly outlined at the time of sale. Hearing aids may be eligible for return within the applicable trial period in accordance with state regulations; however, a non-refundable service fee may apply, and devices must be returned in good condition. Refund timelines may vary depending on the original method of payment.

Manufacturer warranties typically cover repairs for defects during the warranty period, and some devices may include loss and damage coverage depending on the manufacturer’s terms. Repairs or services outside of warranty coverage will incur additional charges. While we facilitate repair services, Always Listening Hearing Aid Center is not responsible for delays caused by manufacturers or third-party providers.

We ask that patients provide at least 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in a fee at our discretion. As a patient, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, follow all care and usage instructions, attend recommended follow-up appointments, and notify us promptly of any issues. Failure to follow professional recommendations may impact your results.

While we strive to provide the highest level of care, outcomes may vary, and we are not liable for changes in hearing health beyond our control, improper use or maintenance of devices, or any indirect or consequential damages. We may assist with insurance claims; however, coverage is not guaranteed, and you remain ultimately responsible for all charges, including any denied claims.

All hearing aids and accessories become the property of the patient once paid in full. We respect your privacy and handle all personal and medical information in accordance with applicable laws, including HIPAA. Always Listening Hearing Aid Center reserves the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
